Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to support a high-profile enterprise transformation partnership. This role will help bring a complex transformation to market through clear, compelling storytelling and coordinated marketing execution across content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement.

You’ll partner closely with the broader PMM team, brand marketing, communications, events, creative, and program leadership. The work includes shaping narrative, developing thought leadership and campaign assets, and helping deliver integrated marketing moments tied to a fast-moving external calendar.

This is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable operating with autonomy, translating complex technical and operational work into audience-friendly stories, and navigating cross-functional delivery with multiple reviewers and deadlines.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to work on one of Client’s most visible customer transformation stories, helping shape how a strategic partnership is brought to life across marketing channels. The role offers high-impact work, strong cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to a program that intersects product marketing, brand storytelling, events, and enterprise narrative development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
