The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing, supporting product positioning, launches, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll translate Zutec’s AI software capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with customers and empower commercial teams to win.
Working closely with Product Management and the GTM team, key activities include:
- Shaping GTM strategies
- Delivering successful product launches
- Developing sales enablement materials
- Executing product and solution campaigns
- Building market authority through targeted messaging
Essential: Industry experience in B2B SaaS. Advantageous: Prior experience in construction/property technology (PropTech) or a related industry.

- Develop compelling product positioning for each solution.
- Craft clear, customer-centric value propositions for building sectors and personas.
- Outline differentiated value against competitors.
- Ensure consistency across all customer interactions (sales, marketing, support).
🔹 Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead end-to-end GTM planning for launches and releases, including collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Define launch objectives, messaging, storyboard, and enablement plans.
- Assess success metrics and improvement opportunities.
🔹 Sales Enablement
- Produce high-quality sales collateral, including:
- Sales presentations
- One-pagers
- Competitive comparison guides
- Battlecards
- Customer case studies
- Support commercial teams in clearly communicating product/solution value.
🔹 Customer & Market Insight
- Research and analyze input from:
- Customers
- Prospects
- Sales teams
- Customer Success
- Industry trends
- Leverage insights to inform product strategy and marketing decisions.
🔹 Product Adoption
- Drive feature adoption through targeted messaging.
- Monitor customer engagement and propose strategies to increase value.
🔹 Content & Thought Leadership
- Contribute to cross-channel content (webpages, campaigns, videos, webinars, studies).
- Represent Zutec in industry thought leadership, analyst, and media outlets.
