As the first Product Marketing Manager for the UK and Europe, you will define Ramp Business Corporation's regional presence. You will lead go-to-market strategy, develop localized messaging for finance leaders, and partner with the GM of Europe to establish Ramp as the leading spend management platform in new markets.

What You Will Do

  • Develop localized positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with UK finance directors and differentiate Ramp Business Corporation from regional competitors.
  • Lead end-to-end product and market launches across Europe, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to drive brand awareness and adoption.
  • Build essential sales enablement tools, including pitch decks and competitive battle-cards, to empower the dedicated regional sales team.

The ideal candidate

  • 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically in B2B Product Marketing for high-growth SaaS or fintech companies.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling products in new international markets, with deep familiarity with UK business culture and buying behaviors.
  • Expert-level messaging and positioning skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows.
