Role Overview: This role would suit someone who loves tech, is a great writer, who can simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for both technical and executive audiences, You should have a strategic mindset, a passion for understanding how security technologies work, and a collaborative approach to working with cross‑functional teams. The Strategic Product Marketing Manager will work for Enea’s Embedded Security Business Group, specializing in network traffic identification and threat detection technologies. You will play a pivotal role in presenting and explaining our technologies, shaping market perception, defining the value for prospects and driving growth for Enea’s Embedded Security portfolio. This role is responsible for developing compelling value propositions and content, building market awareness, and positioning Enea as the preferred partner for software & cybersecurity vendors and technology providers. Key Responsibilities Include: Product Marketing Strategy: In close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing and Sales, define a yearly strategic marketing plan for the Embedded Security product portfolio, including the marketing priorities, the key focus areas and the deliverables. Define, Manage and Create Marketing Content: Develop and write content for the full range of marketing assets, from product descriptions to technical thought leadership pieces, including messaging frameworks, whitepapers, articles, product briefs, sales presentations, web content, conference presentations and award submissions. Value Proposition Development: Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions based on customer insights, commercial priorities, and technical strengths, in close collaboration with Product Management. Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies to inform marketing and executive decision-making. Campaign Collaboration: Partner with the Campaign team to build and deliver effective campaigns, providing insights, messaging, and tailored content. Industry Engagement: Build strong relationships with analysts, associations, and key ecosystem stakeholders to enhance Enea’s visibility and credibility. Qualifications, Skills and Competence: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic, portfolio, or product marketing. Experience within the cybersecurity industry. Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills. Capacity to analyze customer needs and industry trends, and to translate the insights into actionable strategies. Proven ability to formulate key messaging and author high-quality content that clearly articulates complex ideas to technical and commercial audiences. Strong understanding of cybersecurity & technology markets, ideally with experience in networking domains. A knowledge of embedded software or deep packet inspection solutions would be a plus. International experience or demonstrated adaptability across diverse markets and cultures. Tactical understanding of the different marketing channels and tools would be a plus, e.g. SEO, digital marketing, social networks… Team player: While dedicated to a specific Business Group and portfolio, you will work collaboratively both within the marketing team and cross-functionally. Preferred Technical Competence: This role sits within a highly technical team focused on embedded deep packet inspection and security analytics software used for threat detection, traffic intelligence, and secure network operations. While we do not expect candidates to have prior expertise in these specific technologies, they should demonstrate a strong passion for cybersecurity, the ability to rapidly grasp complex security concepts, and the skill to translate advanced detection and traffic‑analysis capabilities into clear, market‑relevant messaging that resonates with cybersecurity & software vendors, and technology partners.
