Product Marketing Manager
£80 - 90k Basic
Fully Remote, UK
B2B SaaS
Built Microsoft 365
The product is proven. The market is there. The product marketing function isn’t.
That’s where you come in.
You’ll shape the positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for an established B2B SaaS platform used by enterprise clients.
Not inherit someone else’s playbook.
Build the one that drives the next stage of growth.
This profitable, product-led SaaS business has an established enterprise customer base and a sophisticated knowledge platform built natively within Microsoft 365.
The product brings knowledge management, enterprise search, intranets, extranets, client portals and embedded AI together within one platform.
The technology is established. The product team is strong. Recent enterprise sales performance is moving firmly in the right direction.
What’s missing is a dedicated Product Marketing Manager to connect the product, market and commercial story.
What you’ll own
You’ll define how the platform is positioned, who it is for and why buyers should choose it.
That includes:
- Positioning, messaging, personas and competitive intelligence.
- Go-to-market strategy, product-led campaigns and demand generation.
- Sales enablement including decks, battlecards, guides, case studies and proposals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Your success will not be measured by website traffic, content volume or how many campaigns you launched.
It will be measured by qualified opportunities and the contribution product marketing makes to revenue.
You’ll work directly with Product, Sales and senior leadership, with regular access to customers and prospects. You’ll use those conversations to sharpen the message, improve campaigns and feed genuine market insight back into the roadmap.
You’ll also become one of the visible faces of the product.
That could mean delivering a webinar, running a product demonstration, presenting at an industry event or confidently answering detailed questions from enterprise buyers.
There are typically several UK and international events each year, including occasional travel to the US.
This probably suits you if…
- You’ve spent at least three years specifically within Product Marketing for a B2B software or SaaS business.
- Not general marketing with occasional product content.
- You understand positioning, messaging, enterprise buying journeys, go-to-market planning and sales enablement. You can also show how your work influenced pipeline, qualified leads or revenue.
- Experience around Microsoft 365, SharePoint, knowledge management, enterprise search, digital workplace technology or content platforms would be particularly valuable.
- You’ll need to move comfortably between strategy and execution.
- One day you may be challenging the market positioning with senior leaders. The next, you could be writing a landing page, improving a sales deck or preparing for a product demonstration.
- You’ll also need enough confidence to challenge strong opinions rather than simply agreeing with them.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
This is a flat, direct and highly technical environment. You’ll have access to senior decision-makers, but you’ll be expected to hold your own.
What you’ll get
- £80,000 – £90,000 basic salary.
- Fully remote working anywhere in the UK.
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
- Flexible working and direct access to senior leadership.
- The freedom to build a genuine product marketing function.
- A visible role around Microsoft 365, enterprise knowledge and AI.
This is not a marketing coordination role and it will not suit someone whose experience is mainly B2C, PPC, social media management or generic campaign delivery.
It is an opportunity to shape how an established enterprise product is understood, bought and taken to market.
