About The Role

We are looking for a strategic, content-driven Product Marketing Manager to shape the positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for our suite of recruitment and education technology solutions. You will be responsible for telling the product stories that set us apart, creating a library of compelling sales enablement materials and driving adoption in a competitive market where AI is redefining expectations.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, sales and marketing. By combining market insight with strategic storytelling, you will play a central role in the salience and uptake of our products in the market, unlocking new avenues for revenue and supporting long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Messaging and positioning

  • Own the development of product positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences
  • Define how products are presented to customers, partners and the wider market
  • Ensure messaging is differentiated, clear and tailored to distinct user and buyer groups
  • Monitor industry and competitor activity, applying insights to Unseen’s strategies

Go-to-market strategy

  • Lead go-to-market planning for new products, features and services
  • Develop clear campaign briefs and collaborate with demand generation on execution
  • Ensure GTM activity aligns with business goals and delivers measurable impact
  • Track and analyse GTM performance, adjusting strategies where needed

Product storytelling and content

  • Craft compelling narratives that bring products and features to life for customers
  • Produce and oversee high-quality content including sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, FAQs, playbooks and other sales enablement content that fuels customer engagement
  • Translate complex product concepts into engaging, accessible language

Market Insight

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform product positioning and commercial strategy
  • Act as a source of insight on customer needs, industry trends and emerging opportunities
  • Share findings with leadership and other stakeholders to influence decision-making and product development

Sales Enablement & Influence

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of sales enablement assets
  • Support sales teams on messaging, positioning and objection handling
  • Act as a trusted partner to commercial colleagues, ensuring consistent articulation of product value across all touchpoints

About You

We are looking for an experienced product marketer who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will have a strong track record of shaping narratives, building enablement tools and leading go-to-market activity. You will be commercially minded, collaborative and able to communicate with clarity and impact.

Key Skills And Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS or technology product marketing
  • Proven success in creating and implementing positioning and messaging strategies
  • Strong storytelling ability, with experience producing content that simplifies complexity and engages senior audiences
  • Experience developing sales enablement content and ensuring its adoption across commercial teams
  • Solid understanding of go-to-market planning and campaign delivery
  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across teams and levels of seniority
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred
