Product Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing strategy for Ring & Blink across international markets. This role will drive end-to-end go-to-market execution, from strategic positioning to launch campaign support, ensuring our devices resonate with customers across diverse markets and channels.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch & GTM Strategy
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies with international positioning and market-specific nuances for our products
- Support product launch strategy, positioning, and localisation
- Manage end-to-end launch processes including timelines, prioritisation and content review across all channels
- Provide final approval of all product marketing launch content across Ring.com, Amazon.com, PR, and channel marketing
- Support 360° launch campaign development and strategy for product launch activations outside promotional periods, overseeing execution across social, PR, CRM, and channel marketing
Digital Experience & Conversion Optimisation
- Own Product Finder (Zoovu) strategy and execution on Ring.com for UK, DE, and FR markets, including project management, testing, merchandising and stakeholder management
- Collaborate with ecommerce, content, and creative teams on CRO/UX/UI improvements
- Manage Brand Store merchandising including promo merchandising (homepage and deals banners) and product page updates for new launches and promotional products
Market Intelligence & Channel Support
- Utalise competitive and customer analysis at category, device and feature levels as needed to inform positioning and strategy
- Support offline channel marketing initiatives through review of materials, training modules, and presentations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with international marketing, retail, GTM organisations, creative teams, and US PMM counterparts
- Adapt US product positioning for international markets while maintaining brand consistency
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and geographies

Basic Qualifications
- Experienced product marketer, preferably in consumer electronics or technology products
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches across multiple markets
- Strong understanding of international market dynamics and localization requirements
- Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Demonstrated ability to develop compelling product positioning and messaging
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of European markets (UK, DE, FR) and cultural nuances
- Experience with A/B testing and customer research methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Zoovu or similar product recommendation platforms
- Background in both B2C and retail channel marketing
- Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional organisations
- Fluency in additional European languages

About the Team
You'll join the International Product Marketing team within Ring & Blink Marketing, working closely with US PMM counterparts and cross-functional partners across marketing, retail, creative, and product teams. This role reports to the Head of International Product Marketing and collaborates extensively with the broader marketing organization to drive product excellence across international markets.
