Product Marketing Manager
Product Marketing Manager / Driftrock
Driftrock is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market (GTM) assets and sales enablement needed to help the world’s biggest automotive brands choose us—and keep choosing us.
Quick Facts
- Team: Commercial
- Reports to: Matt Baldwin, CEO
- Location: Fully remote (UK or abroad), with daily UK overlap
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 + share options
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Why This Role Exists
Driftrock’s platform and positioning are strong, but lacks dedicated product marketing leadership to transform assets into sales-ready tools. The EV transition, new markets, and demand for measurable marketing ROI mean deal discussions are increasingly complex—observation materials and enablement are essential for success.
This is Driftrock’s first dedicated product marketing hire. You’ll establish the GTM asset library from day one, building antiperspective materials (such as sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and product launch strategies) that help sales teams own every meeting with confidence.
What You’ll Own
- The full go-to-market asset library, including:
- Sales decks (core & targeted)
- One-pagers
- Competitive battlecards
- Product launch materials
- Sales enablement frameworks
Your First 90 Days
- By Day 30: Audit existing sales assets, integrate with the commercial team, and update core sales deck.
- By Day 60: Deploy:
- Updated core GTM library (one-pagers, battlecards, objection-handling guides)
- By Day 90: Manage first product launch end-to-end, complete sales enablement toolkit, publish at least one customer case study.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic GTM Execution
- Build and maintain sales assets (decks, one-pagers, demo leave-behinds) that change market narratives.
- Own sales enablement: fight cards, objection-handling frameworks, and conversation playbooks to assist sales teams in positioning Driftrock’s differentiation.
- Lead new product launches by ensuring positioning, messaging, and materials are delivered pre-launch.
Market Research and Messaging
- Research automotive industry trends and customer needs to refine positioning.
- Support commercial and Customer Success in creating case studies usable across sales, events, and digital platforms.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience partnering with sales teams—ask the right questions and translate input into actionable materials.
- Strong visual sense—create on-brand, professional materials (e.g., sales decks) where design elevates impact.
- Self-starter who balances autonomy and alignment—prioritizes, executes independently, and delivers without constant oversight.
