You will bring products to life through clear messaging, strong go to market execution, and close partnership with teams across the business.

About the Role We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Global Marketing Team. The GTT Product Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the security portfolio with a focus on AI security through go-to-market strategy and execution with tailored messaging, packaging, and delivery to the market. You will work closely with GTT security leaders to improve awareness, knowledge and understanding both internally and externally of our solution portfolio that drives profitable revenue growth. Collaboration is crucial to your success, and you will support the product commercialization process and partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing and at times the larger GTT organization. This is a core role at the heart of GTT’s growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities Accountable for the go-to-market product roadmap, strategy, and execution of product launches for our security portfolio. Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies pre and post launch for product features and updates for retention, acquisition, upsell and cross sell opportunities that drive engagement and adoption Partner with our Audience and Vertical Marketing Manager to develop persona-based value proposition and messaging frameworks that will be leveraged both internally and externally for our security response portfolio to drive articulation positioning aligned to GTT’s KPIs. Work closely with Product Leaders to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on competitive landscape and feedback from customers Partner with our Storyteller to create new and manage existing marketing and sales enablement materials (sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, data sheets and whitepapers) Conduct product marketing data analysis by gathering and interpreting data and presenting it in a clear and actionable manner Identify GTM success metrics and measure the results of your strategies and initiatives and continue to iterate to maximize results Establish clear understanding of our client’s needs, product offerings, and competitive landscape in order to ensure product strategies align with market demand.

What We're Looking For Essential Experience 3+ years of product marketing, product management, or digital marketing experience, preferably in the defense security market. Proven track record of executing successful product marketing strategies that have impactful results. Experience bringing SaaS based solutions to market. Ability to translate technical functionality into key messaging that effectively conveys the benefits to end-users. Ability to create, organize, and maintain documentation and enablement collateral. Experience launching products or product features with cross departmental alignment, and tailoring communications to different audiences, both internally and externally. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment. Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others under time pressure. Strong communication and presentation skills. Nice to have Experience working in the cyber security industry Experience working with international teams Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field Experience in Telecommunications, Technology, or complex B2B services environments

Hours/Travel/Shift: Normal Office Hours. Remote with flexibility to travel as and when required for customer/team meetings.
