Product Marketing Manager - Services

Mission:

As a Senior Specialist, Product Marketing – Services, you are responsible for driving the positioning, commercialisation, and market success of Services offers across the UK & Ireland. This includes lifecycle, digital, modernisation, and recurring service models.

You translate complex service capabilities into clear customer value, develop compelling marketing and sales content, and support campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and long-term engagement.

Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and global Line of Business (LoB) teams, you ensure Services offers are aligned to market needs, competitively positioned, and effectively brought to market.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you apply market insight, commercial judgement, and collaboration to influence outcomes and support sustainable business growth through Services. You also contribute to the incubation and scaling of new service-led offers, supporting innovation areas such as Hosted BMS and other emerging digital service models.

Responsibilities:

Market Insight & Strategy

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Services market, including customer needs, competitor positioning, and emerging trends. Identify growth opportunities across installed base, modernisation, and digital service adoption. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to inform offer evolution and go-to-market strategies. Incorporate insights from LoB and global commercial teams to ensure alignment with broader strategic priorities and innovation pipelines.

Positioning & Messaging

Define and maintain clear, consistent value propositions across key Services offers (e.g. EcoCare, Digital Services, Asset Advisor, EcoConsult, Modernisation). Ensure differentiation in the market and alignment with the broader Digital Energy value proposition. Support thought leadership around digitalisation, resilience, sustainability, and asset lifecycle optimisation. Contribute to positioning of incubated and emerging offers (e.g. Hosted BMS), translating early-stage concepts into compelling customer narratives.

Go-to-Market & Campaign Execution

Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive demand, pipeline growth, and Services adoption. Deliver targeted campaigns promoting recurring services, digital monitoring, predictive maintenance, and modernisation solutions. Tailor approaches for both new installations and existing installed base to encourage long-term service engagement. Collaborate with global commercial teams to align local campaigns with global programmes while adapting to UK&I market dynamics.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It searches the market for you

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Offer Readiness & Commercial Support

Support the readiness, scalability, and simplification of Services offers in alignment with global frameworks. Contribute to pricing approaches and commercial positioning. Ensure offers are clearly structured and easy for sales and partners to position and sell. Support the transition of incubated offers into scalable commercial propositions, working with LoB and innovation teams.

Sales & Channel Enablement

Equip sales teams and partners with effective tools, messaging, and content to support engagement and conversion. Develop playbooks, presentations, and customer-facing materials. Support partner enablement to scale delivery of digital, modernisation, and recurring services. Act as a bridge between LoB strategy and field execution, ensuring clarity and consistency in how Services are sold.

Customer & Market Engagement

Support strategic customer engagements, industry events, and partner forums. Contribute to customer conversations around asset performance, digital transformation, and sustainability. Help shape customer journeys that increase service adoption and long-term engagement. Leverage and contribute to forums such as the SDE (Smart Digital Energy) community, including collaboration with initiatives led by Sean, to share insights, validate propositions, and strengthen market engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Operations, LoB, and global teams to ensure alignment across strategy and execution. Act as a key interface between global Services frameworks and local market needs. Engage with global commercial teams to align on priorities, campaigns, and offer evolution. Integrate customer insights and commercial feedback into continuous improvement.

Expected Outcomes

Stronger positioning of Services within the overall value proposition Increased adoption of digital, recurring, and modernisation services Improved alignment between marketing, sales, product, and global LoB teams Successful incubation and scaling of new service offers (e.g. Hosted BMS) More effective go-to-market execution and customer engagement Greater consistency and clarity across Services offers
