We're partnering with a high-growth HR technology business that is scaling rapidly across the UK and Ireland, with a strong reputation in the enterprise space and a growing presence across mid-market organisations.
The business operates within the people technology space, delivering software that supports organisations in managing and optimising their workforce.
Backed by private equity investment and continuous product innovation, they are entering a key growth phase, with multiple product launches and significant investment across marketing and product functions.

The Role
This is a commercial, delivery-focused Product Marketing Manager role sitting at the centre of Product, Sales and Marketing.
You'll be responsible for owning go-to-market activity, strengthening product positioning, and helping commercial teams win more business through clear, value-led messaging.
You'll be joining a growing, established product marketing team and will play a key role in delivering multiple high-impact product launches in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Own product positioning and messaging, translating product capability into clear customer value
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market plans for product launches and enhancements
- Work closely with Sales teams to improve how products are positioned and sold in live opportunities
- Build sales enablement tools (value propositions, messaging, objection handling)
- Develop and maintain competitive insights, buyer understanding and market positioning
- Ensure strong business readiness for launches and track adoption post-launch
- Contribute directly to pipeline, revenue and commercial performance metrics
What They're Looking For
- ~5-8+ years Product Marketing experience within B2B SaaS
- Experience in HR tech, payroll or closely related sectors is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to deliver structured go-to-market programmes
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams and supporting commercial conversations
- Strong communication skills - able to simplify complex products into clear messaging
- Commercial mindset with experience working towards pipeline, adoption or revenue metrics
- Hands-on and adaptable - able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience within a mid-sized or scaling business

This is a remote first role, with expectations to travel to the office in Watford a couple of times a month (expensed)
£65-£75k
