Partnering with a High-Growth HR Technology Business

We're partnering with a high-growth HR technology business that is scaling rapidly across the UK and Ireland, with a strong reputation in the enterprise space and a growing presence across mid-market organisations.

The business operates within the people technology space, delivering software that supports organisations in managing and optimising their workforce.

Backed by private equity investment and continuous product innovation, they are entering a key growth phase, with multiple product launches and significant investment across marketing and product functions.

This is a great opportunity to join at a time where you can directly influence how the business communicates value, competes in the market, and drives commercial performance.

The Role

This is a commercial, delivery-focused Product Marketing Manager role sitting at the centre of Product, Sales and Marketing.

You'll be responsible for owning go-to-market activity, strengthening product positioning, and helping commercial teams win more business through clear, value-led messaging.

You'll be joining a growing, established product marketing team and will play a key role in delivering multiple high-impact product launches in a fast-paced environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
