🔍 Product Marketing Manager – Hardware (EMEA)

💷 £70,000 base + up to 35% bonus + £7,500 car allowance + private healthcare

📍 Hybrid | EMEA remit | Document Capture & Imaging Technology

We’re supporting a leading technology organisation within the document capture and imaging sector as they expand their EMEA Product Marketing function. They’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive commercial positioning, go‑to‑market execution and channel enablement across a well established portfolio of solutions.

This is a strategic, commercially focused role sitting at the intersection of product, sales, marketing and channel development. You’ll shape how hardware solutions are positioned across EMEA, ensuring they’re understood not just as devices, but as part of wider workflow, productivity and digital transformation outcomes.

📈 What you’ll be responsible for

  • Executing GTM plans and commercial positioning for a multi‑range hardware portfolio
  • Supporting product lifecycle, pricing, competitive messaging and portfolio strategy
  • Creating sales enablement materials, value propositions and workflow‑focused use cases
  • Equipping sales teams and partners to position hardware effectively across EMEA
  • Supporting launches, campaigns, webinars and demand‑generation activity
  • Working closely with distributors, resellers and strategic partners to drive adoption
  • Tracking commercial performance including revenue, units, mix, profitability and market share
  • Supporting software, services and consumables attachment initiatives
  • Contributing to bundled hardware/software/service propositions and lifecycle revenue programmes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
