As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our marketing team with a newly created role: Product Marketing Specialist. This position will support both our motorcycle and cycling divisions, playing a crucial role in bringing products to market and driving the Oxford brand forward. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level marketing professional or a highly motivated individual eager to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Work closely with our in-house creative team to create engaging social media content (organic & paid) across multiple platforms.
  • Analyse engagement data, identify trends, and use insights to shape future campaigns and goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-profile press contacts, influencers, and industry peers.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ranging from in-house activations to large international trade shows.
  • Support the in-house content team in organising photo and video shoots.
  • Communicate marketing successes and brand stories across the company.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on marketing activities and campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant qualification in Marketing or at least one year of professional experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and departments.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A full, clean driving license.
  • A passion for motorcycles and/or cycling (highly desirable but not essential).
