13 Product Marketing Strategy Manager
Hybrid – 3 days a week in Dorking office
What will you bring?
We're looking for a commercially minded Product Marketing Strategy Manager to help shape and deliver marketing strategies that drive product awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work with teams across the business to develop compelling product positioning, deliver impactful marketing campaigns, and ensure customers understand and realise the value of our products and services.
You'll have the opportunity to influence how products are brought to market, support customer growth and engagement, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver product marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Create compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates customer value.
- Support the planning and execution of product launches, enhancements, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Use customer insights, market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to inform marketing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop marketing materials and campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, adoption, and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign and product performance, using insights to optimise activity and improve results.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and contribute to wider strategic objectives.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Customer Marketing, Campaign Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of how marketing can support product growth, customer engagement, and commercial objectives.
- Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns or go-to-market initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex product features and benefits into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Comfortable using data, customer feedback, and market insights to inform decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Previous people management or leadership experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
