Are you intellectually curious, commercially minded and passionate about financial markets?
We're looking for a Product Marketing Trainee to join our Global Markets team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading international investment banking environment, working alongside sales, structuring, research and marketing professionals.
As part of the Product Marketing team, you will help bring complex investment solutions to life through compelling content, market insights and innovative client communications. You'll gain exposure to global financial markets while developing valuable skills in marketing, data analysis, project management and digital communications.
Whether you're passionate about investments, financial storytelling, data-driven marketing or market research, this role offers a unique platform to learn and grow.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Product Marketing Trainee, you will:
- Support the marketing of investment and hedging solutions across international markets.
- Create high-quality presentations, brochures, newsletters and other client-facing content.
- Research market trends, investment themes and competitor activity.
- Analyse product performance and produce insightful reports using Excel and other analytical tools.
- Collaborate with sales, research and product specialists to develop marketing campaigns.
- Assist with webinars, events, videos and digital marketing initiatives.
- Help communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance client engagement and marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure all communications meet internal governance and regulatory standards.

Profile required
What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates who are:
- Educated to 2:1 degree level or equivalent.
- Genuinely interested in financial markets and the investment industry.
- Strong analytical thinkers with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicators with strong written and presentation skills.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of financial markets, derivatives or investment products.
- Experience using Python, VBA or other analytical tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation or video editing.
- Previous internship, university project or work experience in finance or marketing.
