URBAN REVIVO is a fashion brand within the FMG Group. We are looking for a commercially driven Product Merchandising Manager to join our London team. This role is responsible for leading product merchandising strategy across seasons, driving commercial product performance and ensuring the right product reaches the right customer at the right time.

Working closely with Buying, Design, Planning, Marketing and Supply Chain teams, you will lead assortment planning, in-season trading and product performance analysis while translating market trends into commercially successful product decisions. You will play a key role in shaping the UK and European product strategy as URBAN REVIVO continues its international expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead seasonal merchandising strategy, developing commercially balanced assortments that maximise sales, margin and inventory productivity.
  • Analyse UK and European fashion trends, customer behaviour, competitor activity and trading performance to identify commercial opportunities and product gaps.
  • Partner closely with Buying, Design and Sourcing teams to influence product selection, pricing architecture and seasonal range direction.
  • Own weekly trading reviews, analysing sales, stock performance and KPIs (sell-through, markdown, stock turn and profitability), recommending actions to optimise business performance.
  • Drive in-season trading decisions, including replenishment, promotions, markdown strategies and inventory management.
  • Ensure product development timelines, specifications and launch plans are delivered on time and aligned with critical path milestones.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure effective execution from concept through to launch and in-season trading.
  • Support the development of merchandising processes, reporting and commercial best practices to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Coach and support junior merchandising team members where appropriate, fostering a collaborative and commercially focused team culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
