Location: Flexible (Fully-Remote or Hybrid | Offices in Chicago, NYC, and London)

Are you a detail-obsessed operator who loves making complex things run smoothly? Do you want to be the person who keeps one of the most ambitious education innovation convenings in the world on track?

The Product Operations Associate is the operational backbone of the GSV product team year-round. This role manages the systems, platforms, and workflows that allow our product managers to focus on curation and relationships. From speaker registration and data management to platform operations and marketing coordination, this is a role for someone who takes real pride in keeping things clean, on time, and ready to go.

WHO WE ARE

The ASU+GSV Summit

Now in its 18th year, the ASU+GSV Summit is the world’s most important and impactful gathering of leaders across “PreK to Gray” education and workforce learning. The annual event is held in April in San Diego, where, in 2026, over 7,000 registrants gathered to address the transformation of learning and skills delivery leveraging key developments in technology including generative artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and many other solutions.

As of July 2025, GSV Summit became part of Hyve Group's portfolio, joining forces with Bett to create the largest and most impactful education innovation community in the world, now reaching an audience of over 100,000 participants across five events on four continents.

WHO IS THE PRODUCT TEAM?

The Product Team is the creative and strategic engine behind the ASU+GSV Summit experience. We design and deliver content that inspires action — from high-production keynotes with global thought leaders to provocative panels, interactive workshops, community activations, and live product demos.

We work at the intersection of program, partnerships, and community, collaborating with partners, education leaders and practitioners, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, researchers and thought leaders to shape the conversations that matter most in “PreK to Gray” learning.

Making that happen requires exceptional operational support. The Product Operations Associate is the person who ensures our data is clean, our speakers are registered, our platforms are running, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

YOUR ROLE

This is a junior role on a fast-moving team, and success here looks like being the person the product managers can count on to keep the systems clean, the data accurate, and the details handled — so they can focus on curation and relationships.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Product and the product managers across PreK-12, Higher Ed, and Workforce, supporting the team's system and data needs and building new workflows where needed. The best fit for this role is someone with an owner’s mentality who takes real pride in excellent execution. This role requires both a strategic mindset to see processes end-to-end while also requiring detail-oriented work at the granular level; requiring the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities, and operate on deadlines. This team member needs to operate with curiosity, a collaborative attitude, and a strategic mindset.

As the Product Operations Associate, you will:

Speaker & Data Operations

  • Own the speaker registration and data management in Airtable and Cvent, from speaker registration through onsite check-in.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date speaker records and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Build automations and AI workflows for high-volume data tasks (registration reformatting, bulk cleanup).

Platform & Systems Management

  • Manage website and app agenda uploads (Webflow, Cvent) in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Own the Speaker Resource Center (SRC) setup, maintenance, and graphics upload process.
  • Lead data and site QA before major deadlines: website launch, app launch, and agenda go-live.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the tech stack (Airtable, Cvent, Webflow, Speaker Resource Center).
  • Support our team’s transition from Google Suite to Microsoft Office.

Speaker Communications

  • Coordinate with Product Managers on speaker communications throughout the cycle: producing and maintaining templates, coordinating Speaker Resource Center messaging, and streamlining communications & resources when beneficial.
  • Support communications with onsite support staff, compiling onsite session contacts and day-of logistics for the speaker registration desk.
  • Support product managers with speaker research, agent correspondence, and confirmation templates; including dedicated support for StageX speaker tracking, research requests, and logistics coordination.

Reporting & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Compile and maintain the weekly KPI dashboard shared at all-team leadership calls.
  • Pull ad-hoc speaker and attendee reports on request from product managers; serve as the team’s go-to data resource for time-sensitive pulls across Airtable, Cvent, and related platforms.
  • Supporting project management for assigned product initiatives as needed — building timelines, tracking milestones, coordinating across teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Supporting our coordination with the marketing team, coordinating process on producing and sharing social graphics and pulling data or details for email copy.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure that all speaker communications are accurate and up to date, from hotel info to schedule to program room setups.
