You will start by providing high-touch financial concierge services directly to customers before building the systems, tools, and AI-driven playbooks to scale the experience. What You Will Do
- Act as a financial concierge, delivering personalized solutions to help customers optimize their personal finances and savings.
- Design and implement the systems, playbooks, and internal tools required to scale service capacity by 4x.
- Leverage advanced AI tools like Claude and GPT to automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
