Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Operations Intern with 0 - 2 years of experience to support product and project execution for our technology initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of product, project management, and stakeholder coordination, and is ideal for someone who enjoys translating discussions into clear documentation, workflows, and actionable insights.
You will work closely with product&tech leads, engineering teams, and partner stakeholders to ensure clarity in scope, execution, and delivery while contributing to product documentation and go-to-market readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Project Execution
- Participate in day-to-day project management activities, including stand-ups, planning sessions, and reviews for Plim’s tech projects.
- Maintain and update project boards, ensuring scope, timelines, dependencies, and changes are accurately tracked and communicated.
- Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items, and share concise updates with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure clarity on requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Proactively flag risks, gaps, or ambiguities in scope, work breakdown structures (WBS), or deliverables.
- Act as a coordination point between product, engineering, and partner teams to keep execution aligned.
Product Analysis & Documentation
- Review, test, and validate documentation and deliverables received from partner teams against agreed Definitions of Ready and Definitions of Done.
- Support the creation and refinement of product flows, user journeys, and functional documentation based on workshops and discovery sessions.
- Build and maintain a structured knowledge base that can be used internally and externally.
Go-To-Market & Enablement Support
- Assist in creating product user manuals, internal guides, and supporting material for operations, sales, and business development teams.
- Contribute to GTM-related documentation such as product brochures or feature overviews.
Cross-Functional Support
- Support internal initiatives across teams such as finance, people operations, or process improvement as required.
- Assist product and project leads with ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and coordination tasks.

Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Operations, or Project Coordination role. Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document discussions and decisions.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlogs, etc.).
- Ability to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and ask the right clarifying questions.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with project management or product tools (e.g. Trello, or similar).
- Exposure to product discovery, user flows, or basic UX documentation.
- Hands-on exposure to design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar tools for creating product flows, visuals, and GTM assets.
- Experience supporting GTM, operations, or enablement teams.
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
