Vega is an early-stage startup. There's no playbook, limited structure, and the expectations are high. You'll own what you build, move fast with limited hand-holding, and be expected to go beyond the job description when it matters.

The problems are genuinely hard and the bar is high. But the people who thrive here leave a real mark on the product, the company, and an industry that's long overdue for change.

About Vega:

Vega is unlocking scale for alternative asset managers. Private markets are shaping into one of the most influential forces in the global economy over the coming decades, with more than $20 trillion in AuM today and expected to already triple by 2032. Today, the industry is at an inflection point as it enters an era of hyper-growth, increased complexity, and brand-new demands. To competitively service and scale their client base across the entire investment lifecycle, managers need a technological transformation. Vega is delivering the industry’s purpose-built infrastructure with AltOS – the AI-powered client & distribution operating system for alternatives.

Vega’s is leading the private markets industry into the age of agentic AI, setting the market standard and bringing creative, first-principles solutions to a legacy industry long dominated by archaic point solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
