About the Role

We are looking for a deeply organized, technically fluent operator to own the logistical backbone of Trinsic's identity provider network. This is a cross-functional role spanning partnerships, product, engineering, legal, compliance, and customer-facing teams. We need someone who enjoys bringing clarity, speed, and ownership to complexity.

Background

Humanity is editing genes, starting space tourism, and verging on artificial general intelligence. Meanwhile, identity verification is still done by taking pictures of plastic cards. We're building the infrastructure to bring online identity into this new age. Trust online is eroding faster and faster with AI, and digital identity is a critical layer for the next generation of the web.

We've built the first Identity Acceptance Network, the "Visa for ID." We enable our customers to accept digital IDs that users already have, such as mobile driver's licenses, BankIDs, and reusable IDs. Compared with taking a picture of a plastic ID for verification, our customers can verify users roughly 10x faster and reduce fraud. We've integrated 80+ networks across 50+ countries covering 1,500M+ people.

Why You Should Care

  • You'll own a critical operating function at Trinsic: building and maintaining the backbone and tooling of the world's largest network of digital ID providers as it grows.
  • You'll be one of the few people at Trinsic who work across every function, including partnerships, product, engineering, sales, customer success, legal, and external providers. You'll often be the person making sure nothing gets dropped between teams.
  • You'll be joining a high-intensity, fast-growth company in a rapidly shifting industry that impacts billions of people. It's a huge potential for impact.
  • We've developed an industry-leading product our existing customers love and depend on. You'll help us expand the coverage, reliability, and quality of that product.
  • You won't be micromanaged. You'll be given objectives, context, and a supportive team, and expected to take ownership and be accountable for outcomes.
  • We're a remote company, and we lean into that. We do a lot of asynchronous work through writing, messaging, documentation, and project management systems. We travel at least twice yearly to get together for team meet-ups.
  • There are things that are broken, fires burning, missing data, unclear owners, and incomplete documentation. We don't expect you to be perfect either. We expect you to bring a "let's figure this out" mentality to solving problems.
  • Everybody on the team is smart and down-to-earth. We don't hire anyone with a history of being a jerk.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

  • You are extremely organized and can manage dozens of moving pieces across parallel workstreams involving providers, markets, integrations, legal reviews, testing requests, customer needs, and internal stakeholders.
  • You are process-oriented and have high attention to detail. You naturally turn repeated work into checklists, templates, systems, dashboards, and documentation.
  • You have enough technical fluency to understand APIs, integration patterns, identity workflows, testing environments, and customer implementation questions. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to be comfortable working closely with engineers and technical partners.
  • You are a strong communicator, especially in written form. You can summarize complex provider status, blockers, risks, and next steps clearly for internal and external audiences.
  • You are comfortable operating in ambiguity. In many markets, the path to access a digital ID provider is not obvious. You will be asked to figure out the best path in situations where we do not have perfect information and where different options present distinct and/or overlapping regulatory, timeline, cost, business, and technical implications.
  • This is a generalist operations role—it requires a "nothing is beneath me" mentality. You may be researching a new market one hour, updating Airtable the next, chasing a legal document after that, and then testing a provider flow before a customer call.
  • You are customer-aware. Provider readiness is not an abstract internal process. Our customers depend on us to know what is available, what works, what is risky, and when new markets will launch.
  • Experience in identity verification, digital wallets, eIDs, verifiable credentials, fintech, regtech, API products, or developer tools is strongly preferred.
  • Experience at venture-backed, early-stage startups is strongly preferred.

  • Testing Network Management: Own the operational side of Trinsic's testing network, including test accounts, sample credentials, Pseudo, provider test plans, and internal readiness checks.
