JD.com is seeking a Product Operations Manager to define, optimize, and oversee end-to-end logistics and fulfillment processes. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of logistics and fulfillment processes, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable workflows while partnering with engineering and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions that support JD.com’s growing operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong product, technical, and domain expertise across logistics and fulfillment systems to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Synthesize customer, merchant, and operational feedback into clear insights and requirements to guide prioritization and planning.
  • Define and own product success metrics and quality KPIs, using data, AI, and automation to drive continuous optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver well-defined logistics initiatives end-to-end.
  • Own and manage logistics and fulfillment product backlogs, balancing new features, platform improvements, and defect resolution.
  • Support feature launches through dogfooding, beta programs, and controlled rollouts, using learnings to inform iteration, scalability, and long-term direction.
  • Work onsite in London / Rotterdam / Paris.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or platform operations within ecommerce or retail environments.
  • Proven track record of defining scalable processes, setting success metrics/KPIs, and driving execution of logistics or operational product features.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience leveraging data, dashboards, and automation tools to track performance and optimize workflows.
  • Experience creating operational enablement materials, including user guides, training programs, rollout plans, and process documentation.
  • Effective communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record in eCommerce business in Europe.
  • Experience working across different regions and diverse cultures is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills in Chinese, Dutch, German, or French.
