Digital Product Owner

Location: Hybrid, Leeds (with occasional UK travel)
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + Benefits

About the Company

We're partnering with a well-established UK business that is investing heavily in its technology function as part of an ambitious digital transformation programme. With significant growth planned over the coming years, they're looking for a Digital Product Owner to play a key role in shaping the future of their operational systems and digital products. This is a newly created role offering genuine ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence the direction of business-critical technology.

The Role

As Digital Product Owner, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of operational applications, working closely with business stakeholders, end users, and software development partners to ensure products deliver real business value. You'll combine Product Ownership with Business Analysis, spending time understanding operational processes and translating business requirements into prioritised development work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems through technology and wants to take ownership from discovery through to delivery and adoption.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
