Product Owner Required
Product Owner required by an expanding company located in Poole. The Product Owner will take ownership of a Zoom and Unified Communications platform, helping develop and maximise the value of the solution.
Own the roadmap. Shape the future. Drive real business change.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with business stakeholders, identifying operational improvements and translating ideas into deliverable product enhancements.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the Zoom product backlog and roadmap, prioritising features that deliver genuine business value.
- Work closely with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, automation opportunities and new capabilities.
- Gather and refine business requirements, producing user stories and clear development priorities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, IT and third-party vendors to deliver platform improvements.
- Drive adoption, continuous improvement and long-term development of the communications platform.

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Systems/Product Analyst. A strong track record of working with business stakeholders to deliver technology improvements.
- Experience managing product backlogs, requirements and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to Unified Communications, Contact Centre, Telephony or collaboration platforms (Zoom experience is advantageous but not essential).
