  • Managing prioritisation and coordination of system/application software management activities.
  • Monitoring, managing and coordinating all IT hardware support and maintenance.
  • Ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and addressing performance issues.
  • Conducting demand analysis and aligning capacity with institutional priorities.
  • Supporting system design, upgrades, security, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Coordinating reactive support, maintenance, and change implementation.
  • Managing supplier relationships in line with contractual obligations.
  • Providing operational leadership to Technicians and Systems Analysts.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure our systems and services align to business needs and are utilised effectively.
