Product Owner
Sheffield (hybrid)
£60,000
This is an opportunity to join a global SaaS business — products used at scale across multiple international markets, with the reach, data, and customer base that very few SaaS employers in the region can offer.
The Role
You'll own the "what" and the "why" of your product area, working across multiple squads and initiatives. You'll shape the roadmap, drive backlog prioritisation, and act as the connective tissue between customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams — championing outcomes over outputs and tying every decision back to strategic value.
What you'll be doing
- Putting the customer first — building deep understanding of users and the market to ensure the product delivers maximum value
- Owning and curating a prioritised backlog based on customer value, business value, and technical feasibility
- Shaping and communicating the product roadmap, working closely with Product Managers on release timing and feature content
- Collaborating with development teams on sprint planning, sprint goals, and clear acceptance criteria
- Reaching out proactively to the right stakeholders to shape and clarify requirements before passing work to engineering
- Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across sales, operations, UX, marketing, data, and leadership
- Running demos to gather feedback and validate direction
- Serving as a product expert and sharing knowledge across teams
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
