Product Owner | North Leeds | Hybrid | Up To £55,000

The best Product Owner roles sit at the heart of the business. You're speaking to customers, working alongside developers, influencing product direction, and helping decide what gets built next. That's exactly what this opportunity offers.

We're working with a long-established healthcare software company in North Leeds looking for a Product Owner to join their growing product team.

Working closely with the Head of Product and Technical Director, you'll help turn ideas, customer feedback, and commercial priorities into a clear roadmap for the development team. It’s a role with plenty of visibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a genuine impact on the product’s direction.

The company has been building software in the healthcare sector for over 20 years and is known for valuing both its customers and people. They’re now investing further in their platform and are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, diving into the details, and delivering meaningful product improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
