Department: Procode IT

Location: Hybrid - Commutable distance of our Chandlers Ford office

Salary: Circa £57k + Discretionary Bonus Scheme

What does this role involve?

As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of an existing product, working closely with stakeholders, customers, and Agile delivery teams to enhance its capabilities by defining, prioritising, and writing clear epics and stories.

  • Working closely with stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams, you’ll translate business needs into clear, prioritised requirements that Agile development teams can confidently deliver against.
  • You’ll manage and refine the product backlog, balance competing priorities, and ensure features are aligned with strategic goals, ensuring the product delivers real value to both the business and its users.
  • You’ll play a key role throughout the delivery lifecycle, planning iterations, reviewing progress, accepting deliverables, and ensuring all outputs meet agreed acceptance criteria.
  • Alongside this, you’ll monitor product performance, analyse data and user feedback, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and maximise product value.

Who are we looking for?

You’ll have proven experience defining product visions and roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders, and successfully delivering IT solutions in an Agile environment.

  • You’re comfortable making data-driven decisions, prioritising backlogs based on business value, and clearly communicating requirements to technical teams.
  • You’ll bring a collaborative mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to challenge, influence, and guide decisions when needed.
  • A natural problem-solver, you’re driven by outcomes, user experience, and continuous improvement.
  • Most importantly, you take true ownership of your product, from understanding user needs and translating them into value-driven features, to ensuring high-quality delivery and ongoing enhancement.
