Product Owner required by an established and growing technology-led organisation in Poole to drive the evolution of their SaaS platform portfolio.

Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the Poole office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Product Owner who enjoys working at the heart of product delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders, engineering teams and external technology partners to shape and deliver innovative software solutions.

You'll take ownership of the product roadmap, prioritise the backlog, and ensure new features, integrations and enhancements deliver measurable value to customers and the wider business.

The Role

Working within an Agile environment, you'll be responsible for defining product direction and ensuring the successful delivery of enhancements across a modern SaaS platform. You'll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party partners to identify opportunities, improve user experience and drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and evolving the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Defining and prioritising features based on business value and customer needs.
  • Working with internal customers to understand challenges, gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Driving fast-paced delivery of integrations, new functionality and platform improvements.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams and delivery partners throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Managing relationships with third-party technology vendors and strategic partners.
  • Monitoring product performance, user adoption and ongoing business value.
  • Championing Agile best practice and continuous product improvement.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner who combines strong stakeholder management with a passion for delivering high-quality SaaS products.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience delivering software integrations and working with APIs or interconnected platforms.
  • A track record of working closely with development teams in Agile environments.
  • Strong backlog management, roadmap planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and technology partners.
  • A data-driven approach to product decisions and continuous improvement.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience within Unified Communications, UCaaS, telephony, contact centre or collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with CRM or workflow system integrations.
  • Business analysis experience and writing detailed user stories.
