Product Owner
Product Owner – Marketing | Europe | Remote
Note: This is a fully remote role based in the UK, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Ireland, or Hungary.

Purpose of the Role
As the Product Owner – Marketing, you will:
- Define the product vision for marketing and engagement, optimising user journeys on our BV:360 platform.
- Enhance platform capabilities to meet evolving market demands and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Report to the Head of Product & Partnerships (SaaS) and lead cross-functional collaborations to maximise customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Product vision and strategy:
- Define and implement the vision for tools like BV:Player Retention Manager and BV:Offers Hub.
- Own customer-facing and system-related product developments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Data-driven optimisation:
- Collaborate with the Digital Analytics team to enhance tracking for acquisition marketing.
- Implement integrations, including server-to-server connections, affiliations, and landing page tool integrations.

Product enhancement & benchmarking:
- Conduct benchmarking exercises and analyse internal product reviews to propose strategic improvements.

Resource management:
- Oversee backlogs, prioritise initiatives, and optimise resource allocation for effective delivery.

Cross-functional leadership:
- Work closely with Commercial, Compliance, B2B, and Technology teams to align and implement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Essential Qualification/Education
- Relevant experience in product ownership, product management, or customer success within the betting or gaming industry.
Experience
- Proven ability to translate business needs and stakeholder requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Strong track record of collaborative problem-solving and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environments with evolving requirements and deadlines.

Technical & Soft Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagements.
- Analytical mindset: Attention to detail, data-driven decision-making.
