  • 🎯 Owning the customer experience across web and mobile

  • 🎲 Working with third-party suppliers to enhance the product offering
  • 🤝 Collaborating with design, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver new features
  • 🚀 Managing and prioritising the product backlog while driving continuous improvements
  • 📈 Improving engagement, retention, and the overall user journey
