Location: Leeds Valley Park / hybrid working 1 day a week in the office.
Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to join the PMO Team in Asset Delivery at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. Could this be you?

The Asset Delivery Team are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.
The Role:
The Product Owner / Insight Analyst is accountable for the ownership, optimisation and value realisation of the Digital Products within the Asset Delivery Team in Yorkshire Water. The role combines end to end product ownership with hands on insight delivery, ensuring that outputs are translated into clear, actionable intelligence that improves programme certainty, strengthens risk management and supports timely decision making.
Where you fit in:
Product ownership
- Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap for digital products on behalf of Yorkshire Water.
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, balancing stakeholder needs, programme priorities, technical constraints and value.
- Act as the primary decision maker for product configuration, reporting views, enhancements and usage patterns.
- Coordinate releases, testing, configuration changes and refinements with internal teams and the supplier.
- Manage day to day supplier engagement, including issue resolution, prioritised requests and continuous improvement.
- Produce meaningful insights from the product and ensure that the delivered features create value in the business.
