Product Owner – Marketing | Europe | Remote

Please Note this is a fully remote role and can be based in either UK, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Ireland & Hungary.

Purpose Of The Role

As a Product Owner - Marketing you will be driving the evolution of our BV:360 platform, by defining the product vision for marketing and engagement, optimising user journeys, and enhancing platform capabilities to meet evolving market demands.

Reporting to the Head of Product & Partnerships (SaaS), you will spearhead marketing and engagement product initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defining and implementing the vision for our BV:Player Retention Manager and BV:Offers Hub tools.
  • Owning customer-facing and system tool-related product developments, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Work closely with the Digital Analytics team on tracking capabilities for acquisition marketing, including server-to-server integrations, affiliate system integrations, and landing page tool implementations.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises, analyse internal product reviews, and propose product enhancements aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain an overarching view of backlogs, ongoing initiatives, and resource allocation to ensure optimal planning and execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Compliance, B2B, and Technology teams to define, prioritize, and implement product initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant experience in product or customer success within the betting and gaming industries.
  • Proven ability to translate business ideas and stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-transaction environments with tight deadlines and evolving requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
