🎯 Role Overview

As a Product Owner within the Banking division, you will lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of enterprise data and insight products that drive digital transformation across retail and commercial banking. You will translate complex data into actionable business outcomes, enabling smarter decision-making and improved customer experiences. This role demands a balance of technical fluency, strategic thinking, and stakeholder influence across diverse teams.

βš™οΈ In-Scope Technologies / Products

  • Enterprise Data & Analytics Platforms – Data warehouses, insight and feedback systems, and AI-driven intelligence tools
  • SDLC Tooling – GitHub, Jira, Harness, SonarQube (or similar)
  • Cloud Platforms – Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure
  • Productivity & Experience Measurement – Dashboards, reporting, and engineering metrics
  • Customer Insight Platforms – Data-driven feedback and engagement systems

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for banking data and insight products.
  • Partner with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions.
  • Lead data product strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business priorities.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business value propositions for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive data governance, quality, and lifecycle management across banking platforms.
  • Champion self-service analytics and democratization of insights across the organization.
  • Manage SaaS providers and ensure integration with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration and innovation.
