Commerce is growing and represents today a critical piece of our omnichannel engine. Our ambition is to build the best-in-class Commerce capabilities consistently serving and elevating the digital channels with digital journeys, consumer acquisition & retention programs, latest Commerce features, and innovative solutions.
For our team, we are looking for a Product Owner for the Commerce Digital Products. You will work with diverse cross-functional teams and will be accountable for all Product Owner activities: defining the vision, delivering the roadmap for the product by overseeing the development & implementation, and managing communication with partners, all the while making sure the customers’ needs are met!
You will report to the Commerce Product Group Manager and will own one of multiple Products within the Commerce product group.
Accountabilities
- Product Management: Engaging with SPOCs to ensure product capabilities meet customer needs, aligning the product roadmap with strategy, and driving product adoption.
- Customer Focus: Supporting the Digital Product Manager in understanding and representing customer needs through market research and insights.
- Demand Management: Aligning the product roadmap with strategy, collaborating with other product teams, and translating requirements into actionable items.
- Backlog Management: Owning and prioritizing the product team backlog, refining and updating it regularly, and defining acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Delivery Management: Managing risks and dependencies, finalizing release schedules and milestones, and ensuring visibility throughout the product lifecycle.
- Performance Management: Defining value metrics and KPIs, monitoring service and product performance, and adhering to compliance and best practices.
- Financial Management & Tracking: Monitoring and maintaining financial records for compliance and audit, assisting with financial planning and budgeting, and collating financial data for decision-making.

Experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Digital Commerce Product Owner or equivalent (experience with SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud is a plus).
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage a cross-functional team in a complex matrix organization.
- Technical background (e.g. solution architecture), business analyst and business design experience(s) are a plus.

- Lean/Agile Leadership and Ways of Working: Skills and abilities required to effectively lead and manage teams using Lean and Agile methodologies, and practices needed to effectively implement Lean and Agile methodologies within a product team.
- Product Discovery & Design: Understanding user needs and creating products that meet those needs.
- Product Management: Overseeing the development and lifecycle of a product.
- Cost & Value Management: Overseeing and controlling the costs associated with developing and maintaining a product.
- Uncertainty Management: Handling and mitigating risks and uncertainties during product development.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively engaging and managing individuals or groups who have an interest in the product.
- Impact Analysis: Assessing the effects of a product or a change to a product.
- Testing Skills: Both manual and automated testing to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Process Optimization: Refining and enhancing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Communication & Training: Effectively conveying information about a product to various stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identifying, analysing, and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
