Flexible Working

The BT group operates a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.

About The Role

The Product Owner, Contract Management Evolution (CME) plays a key role in transforming BT’s contract management capabilities, driving the shift from manual, fragmented processes to a more digital, efficient and scalable end-to-end model. You will be responsible for delivering improvements across the full contract lifecycle — from initiation through to obligations management, change, renewal and closure — ensuring processes, data, controls and tooling are aligned to business needs and deliver measurable value.

Operating as a delivery-focused Product Owner, you will work closely with stakeholders across Legal, Digital, Commercial, Data, Security and wider business units to translate complex requirements into clear, prioritised backlog items. This is a highly collaborative role within a large-scale transformation programme, where you will manage dependencies, unblock delivery, and ensure strong governance, auditability and data quality are embedded throughout. You will also play a key role in driving adoption and supporting the development of future contract management capability across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and deliver Contract Management Evolution outcomes across process, data, controls, tooling and adoption
  • Lead delivery of end-to-end contract lifecycle capabilities, from contract initiation through to renewal and closure
  • Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation aligned to business value
  • Manage dependencies across Contract Management, Legal, Digital, Data, Security and suppliers to enable successful delivery
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability through to release
  • Ensure strong governance, auditability and data quality are embedded, while driving business readiness and adoption for each release

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
