Product Owner – Digital Ed-Tech Products

Location: London
Salary: £46,000
32 days annual leave + Flexible Working + 28% pension + Bonus + much more

Our client, a leading Education Technology company that operates in over 100 companies and engages with over 600 million users is hiring a Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of a suite of global digital products.

You'll own the product backlog, work closely with Agile delivery teams and stakeholders, and ensure products deliver exceptional user experiences while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog using Agile methodologies.
  • Define and refine user stories and product requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Developers, UX, QA and business stakeholders to deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Champion customer needs by using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support product launches, platform governance and quality assurance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external technology partners.

Key Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Digital Product Manager or similar role within the education technology sector or public sector is a must have.
  • Experience delivering and scaling digital products within Agile environments.
  • Strong backlog management and user story writing experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable

  • Agile certification (CSPO, PSPO, Scrum or similar).
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience working within global or matrix organisations.
