Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday

In a nutshell
As the Lead Digital Product Owner at Virgin Atlantic Ltd, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and enhance our world-class digital products and customer journeys. Working in a multidisciplinary digital product team, you will contribute at every stage of the product lifecycle, connecting our strategy with our portfolio of digital products to drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints and channels.
Day to Day
- Collaborate with the business and the team to convert thoughtful analysis and understanding into practical tasks for developers.
- Apply customer insights, data analytics, and design expertise to ensure that product development meets customer needs and achieves desired outcomes.
- Monitor product performance against established metrics and make necessary adjustments when required.
- Foster strong relationships with key individuals and successfully navigate a collaborative work environment to align strategy and execution.
- Support the development of efficient processes and digital development practices across the organization

About you
- Demonstrable experience in digital product management
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful digital products
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods and industry-standard tools
- Experience with technologies such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
- Strong ability to effectively manage and communicate with various individuals involved in the project
- Demonstrated understanding of market trends and the ability to strategize product solutions to meet customer needs
