What You Will Enjoy Doing
- You will shape the future of selected digital products and services by defining the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for platforms that create value for customers and the business
- In this role, you will assess platform value, usage, and business impact to identify growth opportunities, maximize return on investment, and support data-driven commercial decision-making
- You will partner with business stakeholders across EMEA to understand customer needs and translate them into innovative digital solutions and product enhancements
- You will lead the planning, delivery, and successful adoption of new capabilities in collaboration with technology teams and external partners
- Additionally, you will drive commercialization and continuous improvement through user feedback, performance insights, and business outcomes to maximize value creation
- You will build the foundation for long-term product success through clear ways of working, strong governance, reliable documentation, and operational readiness
What Makes You Great
- You hold a university degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Management, or a related field
- You have experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Digital Project Management and are motivated to take ownership, translate business needs into product requirements, and work with agile delivery approaches
- You demonstrate a data-driven and analytical mindset by using performance insights, customer feedback, and key metrics to shape product decisions and priorities
- You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and fluent written and spoken English, enabling effective collaboration across international teams
- In addition you should bring a commercial mindset with the ability to understand customer value, business impact, and opportunities to further develop digital products and services
- Furthermore, showcase experience with digital platforms and an understanding of operational processes, asset management, supply chain, field service, or equipment lifecycle management as a strong advantage
- Lastly, you ensure a customer-oriented, collaborative, and inclusive approach while working effectively across functions and cultures
