Product Owner (AI & Data) /AI Product Manager

London (Hybrid) - Generative AI/ Agentic AI - Data & Analytics - Digital Transformation - Up to £90,000 + Bonus

Want to help shape the future of AI within a global organisation?

We're partnering with a highly respected international business embarking on a major AI transformation programme. Having already begun its AI journey, the organisation is now investing heavily in a new enterprise-wide AI platform, with an initial focus on Generative AI and a roadmap towards more advanced Agentic AI capabilities.

This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of the programme, helping to define how AI is adopted, scaled and embedded across the business. You'll work with stakeholders across multiple functions, bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring AI solutions are practical, valuable and aligned to strategic objectives.

This role is less about being an AI expert and more about understanding business challenges, asking the right questions, influencing stakeholders and helping drive the successful adoption of innovative technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning and prioritising the AI and Data product backlog
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify, refine and prioritise AI use cases
  • Translating business requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Supporting the delivery and adoption of a new enterprise AI platform
  • Acting as the bridge between business teams, data teams and technology partners
  • Assessing data availability, quality and readiness for AI initiatives
  • Working alongside Data Governance teams to improve trust in organisational data
  • Challenging requirements where needed and managing expectations around AI capabilities
  • Driving user adoption, feedback collection and continuous product improvement
  • Supporting the evolution from Generative AI solutions into Agentic AI capabilities
  • Partnering with AI Engineers and data specialists to deliver scalable solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
