Introduction
Wipro is looking for a Product Owner to join our digital transformation team. As the Product Owner, you will shape product vision, manage product backlogs, and deliver incremental business value through customer-focused solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, Customer Journey Managers, and business leaders to ensure product priorities align with strategic objectives and customer needs. This role plays a key part in driving innovation, governance, and continuous improvement across products and platforms.

Your Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and refining product backlogs to ensure delivery of customer and business value
- Shaping product vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned to strategic priorities
- Collaborating with Customer Journey Managers and stakeholders to improve customer experiences
- Leading product governance, business readiness, testing, training, and implementation activities
- Monitoring product performance, benefits realisation, risks, and delivery outcomes
Additional Focus for Technical Product Owners
For technical Product Owner roles, you will also support:
- Managing product backlogs for enterprise technology assets
- Supporting technical solution design and technology strategy
- Managing product budgets, supplier relationships, and financial performance
- Overseeing product-related risks and governance activities
- Supporting environment planning and technical delivery activities

Mandatory Skills
You will have a strong understanding of:
- Product ownership and Agile delivery practices
- Backlog management, prioritisation, and user story definition
- Product roadmap development and stakeholder management
- Customer-centric product design and continuous improvement
- Change governance, implementation, and business readiness activities

Ideally, you will be familiar with:
