Keyloop: Product Owner Opportunity
Keyloop is the largest global automotive technology company. We build software that powers the end-to-end retail experience for 20,000+ dealerships and 80+ OEMs across 90+ countries. Our Fusion platform connects Demand, Supply, Ownership, and Operate domains to help dealers sell more, serve better, and run smarter. As we scale our Engineering and Product teams in Vietnam, we’re looking for a Product Owner who combines strong product fundamentals with a passion for leveraging AI to accelerate discovery, delivery, and decision making.
The Role
As a Product Owner, you will own the team backlog for one product area within our Fusion platform. You’ll work with Product Managers, Engineering, UX/UI, and customers to define what we build and ensure it delivers real value. A key part of this role is using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and internal LLMs to drive efficiency across the product lifecycle. You’ll be based in Ho Chi Minh City and work hybrid, 2-3 days per week from our office, collaborating with global teams across the UK, Europe, and APAC.
Responsibilities
Experience-First & Customer Voice
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback via surveys, Customer Voices, workshops, and interviews.
- Use AI tools like Claude to cluster themes, summarize insights, and draft persona narratives faster.
- Represent the voice of the customer in engineering discussions, backed by data and AI-assisted analysis of support tickets, usage data, and feedback.
- Validate requirements with end-users and present upcoming features in forums, using AI to generate clear demo scripts and FAQs.
Translate Product Strategy with AI Augmentation
- Own and manage the team backlog. Provide regular progress updates vs. roadmap to stakeholders.
- Define user personas and journey maps, using Claude to draft initial versions from research notes and refine with stakeholders. Create high-level problem scopes and write clear Epics and Stories using INVEST principles.
- Leverage AI tools to improve acceptance criteria, edge case coverage, and Definition of Ready/Done.
- Collaborate with Lead Developer, Architect, and UX/UI to balance cost, time, and performance. Use AI to generate options analysis, technical spike summaries, and trade-off docs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
