Position: Product Owner – Mobile Frameworks
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Bristol / London, UK (Hybrid – Onsite 2–3 Days per Week)
Employment Type: Contract (Inside IR35)

About the Role
Derisk360 is seeking an experienced Product Owner – Mobile Frameworks to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise mobile platform capabilities that power digital experiences for millions of customers.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Journey, Platform, and Business teams to define product vision, prioritize backlogs, and deliver scalable, customer-centric mobile solutions. This role requires strong product leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery expertise to shape the future of mobile experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the product vision for Mobile Framework capabilities aligned with business strategy.
- Translate strategic objectives into product roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and OKRs.
- Drive adoption of mobile-first principles across digital products and customer journeys.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and modernize mobile platform capabilities.
- Champion customer-centric product thinking and innovation.
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own and manage complex product backlogs across multiple Agile teams.
- Define, prioritize, and refine Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Deliver incremental business value using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Measure product success through KPIs, analytics, benefits realization, and ROI.
- Balance competing priorities while maximizing customer, business, and commercial value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering Leads, Architects, UX Designers, Customer Journey Managers, and Platform teams.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business and technology.
- Align priorities across multiple teams while managing dependencies and delivery risks.
- Facilitate planning sessions, product reviews, and roadmap discussions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive innovation across mobile products and platform capabilities.
- Improve developer experience through better tooling, onboarding, and platform enhancements.
- Promote experimentation, customer feedback, and data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously improve product delivery processes and customer outcomes.
Governance & Leadership
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and organizational standards.
- Manage product risks, release planning, and technical dependencies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.
- Mentor Product Owners and Agile teams while promoting product excellence and mobile-first thinking.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering complex digital or platform products.
- Strong experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Expertise in backlog management, prioritization, and Agile delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience writing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience measuring product performance using KPIs, analytics, and ROI.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Architecture teams.
- Good understanding of SDLC, APIs, Digital Platforms, and Mobile Applications.
- Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering intuitive digital experiences.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise Mobile Platforms.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Digital Transformation and Customer Experience initiatives.
- Product Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making.
- SAFe Agile, CSPO, or equivalent Product Owner certification.
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts.
