About the Role: Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will help shape and deliver products that provide real value to our customers. Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and other teams, you'll define priorities, manage the product backlog, and turn business needs into clear requirements. You'll gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, monitor product performance, and ensure new features are delivered successfully. You'll play a key role in improving our products, supporting Agile ways of working, and making sure every decision keeps the end user at the heart of what we do.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring work is prioritised to deliver maximum value for customers and the business.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and ways of working, driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and stakeholders to define, refine, and deliver high-quality product features.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria to support successful Agile delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating clearly and confidently to gather feedback, manage expectations, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Use customer feedback, product performance data, and market insights to help shape future product development and priorities.
  • Champion the needs of end users while balancing business objectives and technical considerations.
  • Support successful product launches by working closely with Marketing and Product Support teams to ensure new features are effectively communicated and adopted.
  • Evaluate and support the integration of third-party solutions that align with product strategy and technical architecture.
  • Take accountability for delivering high-quality outcomes, working proactively to remove blockers and ensure products are delivered successfully.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, ideally within a technology or property-focused business.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to take ownership and drive work forward.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including running ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
  • The ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and prioritised requirements.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering products that solve real problems and create value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insight to support decision-making.
  • Experience managing products throughout the full lifecycle, from discovery and delivery to continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar collaboration platforms.
