About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Mobile Platform and Digital Product capabilities. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining product vision, driving customer-centric innovation, and delivering scalable mobile-first experiences that support millions of users and multiple business domains.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Journey Teams, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Delivery Teams to build enterprise-grade digital products that create measurable customer and business value.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise mobile platform capabilities.
- Translate business objectives into measurable product outcomes, roadmaps, and OKRs.
- Drive mobile-first thinking across digital customer journeys.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, modernize, and scale platform capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to improve product competitiveness.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Manage and prioritize a complex product backlog across multiple Agile teams.
- Define and prioritize Epics, Features, User Stories, Technical Enablers, and Platform Enhancements.
- Ensure backlog priorities align with customer value, business goals, engineering feasibility, and strategic objectives.
- Make informed trade-off decisions balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical complexity, and delivery timelines.
- Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Release Planning, and Product Demonstrations.
- Deliver incremental product value using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Engineering Managers, and Development Teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Remove product-related blockers and facilitate decision-making.
- Ensure successful release planning, production readiness, and post-release validation.
- Monitor delivery progress and continuously optimize team effectiveness.
- Champion customer-centric product development using customer insights and data.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible mobile experiences.
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, hypothesis validation, and continuous product improvements.
- Advocate for developer experience by improving platform usability, reusable components, APIs, documentation, and tooling.
- Explore AI, automation, and modern engineering practices to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders, engineering teams, architecture, security, compliance, operations, and customer journey teams.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to align product priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Present product roadmaps, release plans, progress updates, and business outcomes to executive stakeholders.
- Balance competing business priorities while maintaining focus on long-term product strategy.
- Define and monitor Product KPIs and OKRs.
- Analyze customer behavior, adoption metrics, engagement, and product performance.
- Measure business impact, benefits realization, and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Use analytics and customer insights to drive data-informed product decisions.
- Continuously improve product performance based on measurable outcomes.
- Ensure product compliance with enterprise governance, security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable platform capabilities.
- Manage product risks, dependencies, assumptions, and technical constraints.
- Support release governance and change management processes.
- Mentor and coach Product Owners and cross-functional product teams.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Promote Agile best practices and product excellence across the organization.
- Drive continuous capability development within Product Management teams.

- 10+ years of experience in Software Product Development or Digital Product Delivery.
- Minimum 5+ years as a Product Owner, Senior Product Owner, or Product Manager.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Mobile Applications or Digital Platforms.
- Experience managing complex products involving multiple Agile teams.
- Proven experience owning product roadmaps and strategic planning.
- Experience working with engineering, architecture, UX, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Experience delivering customer-facing digital products in enterprise environments.
