Product Owner

Paddington - 2 Days a week in office

£580 Per Day via Umbrella

Contract until Mid October 2026

We are looking for a Strategic Product / Journey Owner who can define and shape a workforce / resource planning journey to join our client, who are recognised as a leading competitor within the telecoms industry.

What you'll be doing:

  • You will focus on resource planning and workforce management transformation, creating more efficient operational processes, improving forecasting and demand modelling.
  • You will also:
    • Define the end-to-end workforce planning journey
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and decision making
    • Create recommendations for process orchestration and governance
    • Design approaches for matching resource supply to demand
    • Define required business capabilities
    • Produce the analysis and documentation required to support the business case
