Product Owner - Retail
We are easyJet – a FTSE-100 listed, £multi-billion low-cost airline that serves tens of millions of customers every single year. If you’re reading this, you have probably already been an easyJet customer, and you’ll know that there is no more iconic (or Orange!) travel brand in Europe.
We fly more than 1,207 routes, connecting 38 countries across Europe, and employ more than 18,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.
easyJet is evolving its In-Flight Retail capability into a fully product-led model, focused on maximising ancillary revenue, enhancing onboard customer experience, and empowering crew through reliable, intuitive technology.
As our Technical Product Owner, you’ll own the long-term vision, strategy and performance of IFR technology platforms. This includes onboard retail systems, crew applications, payment services, stock and supply chain integrations, reporting tools and associated APIs.
You’ll have the opportunity to travel across the easyJet network and act as a single point of product ownership within the IFR technology squad, balancing commercial ambition with technical sustainability. They work cross-functionally with Commercial, Cabin Services, Finance, Operations and Architecture to ensure the IFR ecosystem evolves in line with business strategy and customer expectations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
