Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours

Location: Head Office, Nottingham (Hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week)

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re hiring two Product Performance Managers!

In this role, you’ll oversee how our mortgage strategy comes to life commercially, owning performance management within a key lending segment and helping us achieve our ambitions.

Here’s a taste of what you will be doing as a Product Performance Manager at Nottingham Building Society:

  • Own performance across your product segments, including metrics, triggers and actions to drive results.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product proposition (such as features, criteria and affordability) in partnership with Credit Risk, Sales, Operations and Marketing colleagues.
  • Monitor sales performance and pipeline conversion, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Lead product reviews, identifying key risks and opportunities.
  • Bring deep market insight (competitors, customer needs, regulation) and turn this into actionable improvements.
  • Own our approach to fair value, fees and charges.
  • Shape customer communications and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Pricing to influence overall pricing strategy.

About you:

  • Experience in mortgage product or similar roles within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer and commercial outcomes through holistic product management.
