THE OPPORTUNITY

We have the exciting opportunity to join our Creative team as Product Photographer.

As the in-house Product Photographer, you will be the expert in shooting and retouching polished best-in-class photography to showcase our stunning range of products across all channels such as onsite, brochures, social channels etc.

You will live and breathe our brands, ensuring all product photography accurately reflects our products USPs and is photographed, retouched, exported and delivered on schedule. You will use your strong attention to detail and creative flare to style and retouch each image to ensure our products are pixel perfect, ready for end use.

You'll be fully based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Producing high quality images in studio for business use across all channels
  • Keeping commerciality at the forefront of mind when conducting shoots and shoot planning
  • Working closely with the Senior Photography and Retouch team members to ensure all deadlines are hit and daily targets are achieved
  • Taking ownership of product shoot set up, including lighting and making sure all shots adhere to brand guidelines
  • Ensuring each shoot is well planned and organised ahead of time to ensure maximum impact during active shoot time
  • Styling each product as per the photography brand guidelines, taking an active role in suggesting better ways to shoot and collaborating with wider team on consistently improving brand guidelines.
  • Retouching each shot to a high-level in line with current imagery guidelines.
  • Working within a wider team of creatives such as; Photographers, stylists and Assistants to ensure the smooth running of shoots
  • Suggesting and implementing product photography process improvements
  • Supporting with ad-hoc creative shoots where required

THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING

  • Strong product photography and retouch skills
  • Experience in working independently and to deadlines
  • A high attention to detail and a right-first-time approach
  • A good understanding and knowledge of accessories products and market trends
  • Strong brand awareness
  • Confident communicator at various levels
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly experienced in Adobe Suite and Capture One
