This role is accountable for the quality, timely, and on-budget delivery of multiple technology solutions - including a heavy focus on the integration of AI and machine learning, data and analytical tools, and other rapidly evolving technologies - leading cross-functional teams from strategy and planning through to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong product and delivery leadership, commercial judgement, and the ability to align senior stakeholders around clear priorities and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy & Ownership

  • Balance innovation, enhancement, and BAU priorities across multiple products and platforms
  • Work with architects and other stakeholders to ensure the latest technology and user-centred design are always at the forefront of product strategy
  • Drive investment decisions, prioritisation, and trade-offs across the portfolio

Product Lifecycle Leadership

    • Innovation and discovery
    • Product design and development
    • Deployment and release management
    • Adoption and change enablement
    • Benefits realisation and adoption optimisation

  • Lead a team of Senior Product Managers, Product Managers, and the wider capabilities supporting these teams, helping them to strategically shape their product and the portfolio roadmap and develop professionally

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
